Infinity Dance Studio was established in 2006 by Gretchen “Gertie” Hunsaker.  Gertie grew up dancing as a Tuellerette at DSDS in Pocatello, Idaho, where she assisted and taught dance classes as well as competed.  She started her own studio in her parents house and taught her first dance classes  at  age 15.  In college, she was a Nationally Ranked ISU Bengal Dancer and enjoyed learning and growing her talents at Idaho State University.  She worked at Studio One in Idaho Falls with Becky Gille for four years, creating a jazz program at an otherwise all-ballet studio before she decided to go out on her own.

Gertie and her husband Justin reside in Shelley with their 5 children, ages 15 to 2 years old. Gertie’s vision of a family friendly, modest, and wholesome dance studio has grown into the Infinity Dance Studio of today.  

Through the years she has gained some incredible staff that are at the top of their craft. Infinity features Contemporary, Tap, Ballet, Acro/Tumbling, and an award winning Hip Hop and Jazz program. Expanding to three locations in the Idaho Falls area, our teams have earned top awards at dance competitions throughout Utah and Idaho. We want to share our love of dance with you and your family.
